Jumbo Size Sage Bundle for energy cleansing

White sage is prized for its strong aromatic properties. This aromatic plant has been used by Native Americans for thousands of years for cleansing, purifying one's self and others as well as an area of space through the technique of smudging. Light the bundle and waft it along with all the walls of the house, use a hand fan to blow the smoke and disperse under beds, on corners, and behind furniture, letting the smoke reach each corner of the room. As you carry the bundle through the room you wish to cleanse, repeat your intentions over and over as you proceed through the house. When you get back to the front door, wave the smoke in a figure-eight pattern. Open the windows now to let the smoke out.
