 How to feng shui your Bedroom 

The bedroom is one of the most important areas of the home to incorporate proper Feng Shui techniques as it is where we take the time to rejuvenate our bodies and our minds through sleep. Sleeping better relies on how good Feng Shui is in this area. Good sleep is essential for good energy, and the bedroom and its layout/location is often the key to creating the right environment that brings positive chi into our lives. 

Here, some tips to Enhance your Bedroom: 

  • No TV, Computers or Exercise Equipment: This is how Feng Shui energy is destroyed. Remove these items from the bedroom as soon as possible. These objects hold a high level of EMF's (Electro Magnetic Frequencies) that harm your body while you are sleeping. Also, these types of equipment create clutter and block energy from flowing freely into the room.
  • Fresh air: You can accomplish this by keeping your windows open often or by using a high-quality air-purifier. Light appropriated scents to help you relax and sleep.
  • Where to place your Bed? Find the best layout according to your Kua number and place your bed in that direction. Make sure, however, the bed is not facing the door.
  • Access: Make sure to be able to access both sides of the bed and have two nightstands on each side.
  • No Mirrors: Careful with having mirrors facing your bed.

The lighting in your bedroom is very important: Lets natural light comes into the room. Install a dimmer switch so that you can adjust the lighting in the room according to your needs.
