Our flat rate shipping cost for the U.S Territory is $4.99. These shipments take approximately 4 business days to arrive after they are shipped out. In the case that your order requires more time to ship, we will get in touch to let you know. 

If you would like to receive your order quicker, we offer other quick shipping options via USPS.

  • 3 day priority service $15.50
  • 2 day priority service  $25.50

If you wish to have your package delivered the next day please get in touch as soon as you place your order for more information and rates. Orders with this requirement will need to be placed before 1 PM (Eastern Time).  Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or APO/FPO addresses may take additional time. Additional charges may apply, we will get in touch if this is the case.

SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT PARTY/addressAll orders being shipped to an address different than the billing address will be verified to protect the cardholder form fraudulent transactions. Once the verification is complete, your order will be released.

SPECIAL DATES: If you wish to receive your order by a specific date, please specify this in your order notes. We will be glad to accommodate.


Our favorite time of the year is very busy! It is a time of very high demand and many orders are being received. Because of the care and handling our staff provides for each package, we kindly suggest placing your order with at least 2 weeks of anticipation to avoid inconvenient delays. If you wish to receive your order by a specific date please anticipate your order and specify any dates in your order notes.


Unique Feng Shui is not responsible for forwarding instructions at the time of delivery. Shipment to PO Boxes cannot be guaranteed. Abandoned, refused, unclaimed, or returned packages (due to insufficient address or other issues at delivery time) will not be refunded and will only receive a store credit. Shipment cost is not refundable in such situations.

Your tracking number is available via email as soon as the package is released.

We will ensure your complete satisfaction for your order. If you have received an incorrect item or are not fully satisfied with your order we will happily resolve your case with replacements or store credit. You have the following options to proceed:

1. Get in touch by filling out our contact form, email us to, Live Chat or call 1-888-688-2088.
2. If you have an account, log in and go to the “Complete Orders” section and click the return item option.
We will provide an RMA to proceed with the return.
Returned items that do not have an RMA will not be accepted and will not apply for store credit or refund. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in good condition.

Please note: There are no refunds for damaged items. Any damaged piece will be replaced for the same item. There are no refunds for shipped orders. Please get in touch and we will work on your individual case.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS  and custom size bracelets cannot be returned for a refund.  We do offer store credit on unused items. to qualify for it, you must contact us not later than 24 hours after delivery.  Items for personal use such bracelets or necklaces cannot be returned and refunded for obvious reasons. If you like to return some items, you must contact us not later than 24 hours after the order was delivered and return the items immediately in the original package and unused. Thanks for understand that we cannot accept used items. Cancelation for custom items after produced will deduct 20% if the refund is accepted. 


Resizing your Bracelets
We offer custom size on many of our bracelets and we are glad to make a resize if you selected the wrong one. We will do the work free of charge, however, the customer is responsible for paying the return and reshipment cost of the item. ($5 reshipment which includes tracking number)

PLANTS: We do not recommend ordering plants for international shipment. We do not guarantee any shipment containing plants. No refund in live plants.

BOOKS are not returnable.


Unique Feng Shui is happy to provide services to many countries in the world! Our team strives to provide the most convenient shipping rates as well as the quickest assembly so that international customers receive their products as soon as possible. 


International shipping costs may vary from country to country as well as package weight and size. We offer an exceptional and convenient flat rate of $24.50. However, in the case that your package is larger or heavier and this cost does not cover the full shipment rate, our shipping team will get in touch with you in order to confirm any additional rates that may apply.

Shipments are via USPS. Our company does not profit on these shipping costs. Rates are exactly as the rates provided by USPS.

If you wish to have your order shipped via private carriers such as DHL, FEDEX or UPS, please get in touch for a complete quotation. 
As soon as your order is confirmed you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order via as long as it is within U.S Territory.


In most cases, tracking information will be available via your NATIONAL CARRIER as soon as the package crosses over to your country. Unique Feng Shui cannot be held responsible once the package is being handled by your national carrier. Your tracking number and shipping information will serve as proof of shipment and fulfillment of your order.  In the rare case that other national carriers fail to deliver, claims will not be handled by Unique Feng Shui. If any issues were to occur within the US Territory we will be responsible for providing a solution. For any questions about your order’s shipment, please get in touch. Our store policy is simple and straight forward. 

We have tons of happy customers receiving orders around the world every day . 98% order arrives successfully and in great shape! We will always resolve any issue you may have on your order arrived, you will never lose your money.  In the rare event you may find any discrepancy on an item, our store policy is "store credit"  WE DO NOT MAKE REFUND ON PRODUCTS OR SHIPPING. In the event the store credit  is refused and you want to receive a refund as only option, item/s must be returned to us prior to the refund, otherwise store credit will apply. "No refund and keep items policy". Shipping cost is not refundable.   Please place your order only if you agree to this policy. 

Refused packages will not be refunded and will only apply for a store credit. If your package was successfully delivered, shipment cost will not be in charge of Unique Feng Shui for return. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Cancellations after this point will not be refunded and will only apply for a store credit. Cancellations on customized items: Customizations involves time of a worker doing tailored items upon request, not all the items can be returned after produced. If a cancellation is approved, a 25% will be deducted in concept of "customization" (cancellation after items has been produced). We review case by case and we offer store credit if approved.
