Return & Refund Policy

If you receive an incorrect item or are unsatisfied with your order, we are happy to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit. Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not available. Orders that have been processed and shipped cannot be canceled or refunded. Please contact us to arrange a reshipment, replacement, or store credit.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us via email at info@uniquefengshui.com, Live Chat, or call 1-954-607-2088 to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  2. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

Store Policy: Due the nature of the products, items can be returned for exchange or store credit only. Custom-made products (custom-size bracelets) are not refundable, but can be exchanged or get store credit. 

Damaged Items: For damaged items, send pictures to expedite the process. We will replace the item or give a store credit. No refunds.

"All claims must be submitted via email to ensure proper documentation and for record-keeping purposes."


Undelivered Packages Due to Incorrect Addresses:

  • If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address, the customer must arrange for a new shipment. We cannot issue refunds once the order has been shipped.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations are accepted within the first 4 hours after placing the order before fulfillment begins.
  • Orders including customized items canceled after 4 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Orders in transit cannot be canceled or refunded. Delays caused by external factors or carrier logistics issues are not eligible for refunds. 

International Orders are not refundable. 

  • For our international customers, we offer store credit for returned items. Please note that items need to be returned to receive store credit. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help with any questions you may have about your order.

  • We do not accept cancellations on orders after 12 hours of placement, as this marks the start of order fulfillment and the processing of custom-sized items.
  • Customers are responsible for any duties or fees imposed by the recipient country. 
  • If an international order is refused upon delivery due to unpaid customs duties, the customer will not receive a refund but will be issued store credit instead, once we receive the order back in our facility. 
  • Tracking and Delivery Issues for International Orders:

    Once a package is handed over to your national carrier, Unique Feng Shui is not responsible for delivery issues. Please verify the shipping address before submitting your order, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are undelivered or returned due to incorrect addresses.

Chinese New Year Delivery:

  • Orders placed between December 15th and February 31st may experience delays.
