This Modern Red & Gold Bagua Mirror combines one of Feng Shui’s most traditional protection tools with a clean, contemporary design. Crafted in durable bronze, it features the Eight Trigrams of the Bagua surrounding a convex mirror, traditionally used to deflect and disperse challenging external energy before it reaches the home or business.

The red background adds an important protective quality. In Feng Shui, red is a powerful Yang color associated with activation, strength, and protection, helping energize the protective purpose of the Bagua.

Meaning & Purpose

The Eight Trigrams represent the fundamental energies of the I Ching and create a protective energetic framework around the mirror. The convex mirror is traditionally used when harmful or aggressive energy—often referred to as Sha Qi—is directed toward a property.

It may be used when facing challenging exterior features such as sharp building corners, T-junctions, poles, imposing structures, or other unfavorable formations pointing toward the home or business.

How to Use

Hang the Bagua Mirror outside the home or business, above or near the main entrance or in the area/wall facing the source of negative external energy. The convex mirror should face outward, toward the exterior condition you wish to counteract.

Bagua mirrors are traditionally intended for exterior Feng Shui protection and should generally not be displayed inside the home or pointed toward another person’s residence.

Metal Bagua 5" W.- For an easy, drill-free installation, the Bagua Mirror can also be secured with 3M double-sided mounting tape. This option is recommended when the mirror is placed in an outdoor area protected from direct rain, such as under a covered entrance, porch, or overhang.
