RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We will ensure your complete satisfaction with your order. If you have received an incorrect item or are not fully satisfied with your order we will happily resolve your case with a replacement or store credit. Due to the nature of these products , we do not offer refund. Please send pictures of the item to expedite the claim.

- Returned items that do not have an RMA will not be accepted. Items must be in their original packaging and good conditions.

WE DO NOT REFUND orders returned due to wrong /insufficient address, unclaimed, refused, return to sender or any undelivered reason. Once the package has been shipped, the customer must to arrange a new shipment. The order cannot be canceled after shipped.
DAMAGED ITEMS: In the rare event, you receive a damaged item, we will arrange and send a replacement on key chains and charms if the item is in stock. Otherwise, you will get store credit. Glass and porcelain, store credit only. Damaged items are not refunded. You need to send pictures of the item to prove damage and have the item available to return to us. If you discard the item your claim cannot be considered. EVIDENCE, please send pictures of the item to expedite the inspection and proceed with the claim.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours the order was placed. A 25% cancellation fee will be deducted for cancellations waiving this policy.
INTERNATIONAL CANCELLATIONS, transaction will be deducted a 25% for transaction fees and money exchange.
CUSTOMIZED BRACELETS: We do not accept cancellation on customized items. No refunds. No returns. It could takes up to 4 business days for processing custom bracelets and custom size bracelets. if your order is combined with other items, the full order could be delayed. If you need to resize a bracelet, we will be glad to do it "free of charge". The customer is responsible for paying the return and reshipment cost of the item. ($5 reshipment which includes tracking number).
GIFT WRAPPING: Orders including gift wrapping will not be refunded after processed.
PLANTS: Our plants are perfectly packed to travel within the USA territory and prove to arrive in great shape! in the rare event the plant arrives with damage, we will issue a store credit for you. We do not ship live plants outside the USA territory.
REFUND OUT OF POLICY receive a 30% deduction from the total amount to cover restocking and transactions fees. Shipping is not refundable.
Promotions: Free Shipping items cannot be combined with other discounts if the order is below $75.00, in which case will apply the promotional discount only.
Chinese New Year Season -delivery time: Starting December 15th to February 31st, order processing time may vary based on demand. We cannot guarantee arrival on time for order placed 15 days before the CNY or the Flying Start Schedule.
Unique Feng Shui $4.99 Flat Shipping Rate: Fast and inexpensive is what we go for. No matter how large your order is, you only pay $4.99 flat rate shipping. So you can feel comfortable purchasing everything you need without having to worry about an expensive shipping cost. This rate is for US territory only.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Our store policy is simple and straightforward.
Our Policy is Store Credit Only - No Refunds
We have tons of happy customers receiving orders around the world every day. 98% order arrives successfully and in great shape! We will always resolve any issue you may have with your order arrived, you will never lose your money. In the rare event you may find any discrepancy on an item, our store policy is "store credit only" - No refund on orders- No shipping refund- In the event, the store credit is refused and you want to receive a refund as the only option, item/s must be returned and received in our facility before a refund is applicable, a 20% restocking fee and shipping incurred will be deducted. The buyer is responsible for the return cost, otherwise store credit will apply.
Items can be exchanged and returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Items claimed as damaged will receive STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Refused packages on delivery will not be refunded and will only apply for store credit after we receive the parcel back, shipping cost incurred will be deducted. We do not accept cancellation after the order is shipped.
No refunds. Cancellations on customized items: Customizations involve the time of a worker doing tailored items upon request, not all the items can be returned after production. If a cancellation is approved within 24 hours after the order is placed, 25% will be deducted in the concept of "customization". We review case by case and we offer store credit if approved.
20% will be deducted on orders cancelled after fulfilled. We will accommodate orders with extra shipping to make sure the customer can receive it. Refused or cancelation after fulfilled will be deducted 20%.
In most cases, tracking information will be available via your NATIONAL CARRIER as soon as the package crosses over to your country. Unique Feng Shui cannot be held responsible once the package is being handled by your national carrier. Your tracking number and shipping information will serve as proof of shipment and fulfillment of your order. In the rare case that other national carriers fail to deliver, claims will not be handled by Unique Feng Shui.
