Return Window
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Method
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process one of the following:
- Store Credit: issued within 1-2 business days
- Refund: issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Exchange: swap for a different design of equal value, or select a higher value item and pay the difference
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Books and digital consulting services
- Custom-made or custom-sized items (e.g. custom bracelets)
- International orders (eligible for store credit only)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos upon receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of placement before fulfillment begins. Orders already in fulfillment or in transit cannot be canceled.
International Orders
International orders are eligible for store credit only. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
