How to Perform the Ritual:  

1. Set the Space
   Choose a quiet moment. Clear physical clutter first to invite fresh energy. 

2. Write Your Intentions (Optional)
   On the bay leaf bundle, write what you want to release (like fear, stress, or financial blocks) or what you want to attract (such as success, peace, or love).

3. Burn with Purpose
   Light the bay leaves. As they burn, focus on your intention. Visualize negativity dissolving and clear, radiant energy filling the space.

4. Cleanse the Space
   As the smoke rises, gently walk around the room, letting the smoke cleanse the corners, doorways, and windows. Let it drift with purpose. You can say:  "I release what no longer serves. I welcome clarity, success, and protection."

5. Close the Ritual
   Once complete, dispose of the ashes outside or bury them in soil to return the energy to Earth. Give thanks and feel the shift.
